Because we strongly believe in learning through play, all of our qualified sitters will be prepared to give your child an exceptional learning experience each and every time they visit.
Office Hours- Monday- Saturday 9am-5pm
We are closed on Sunday, however our sitters are happy to work 7 days a week and overnight assignments. These assignments will need to be scheduled ahead of time.
Kiddos Keepers is a full service sitter agency, we are here to help you with all of your childcare needs. Whether it be a once a month night out or a full time nanny, we have exactly what you are looking for. All of our sitters have been through an extensive interview process, have a thorough background check, and are also CPR and first aid certified.
Each sitter will come to your home, fully prepared for a fun day or evening, with your children. We always have a special bag packed full of crafts, games, or toys to help make your leaving easier on the child. We will do our best to pair your family with the sitter that matches you best. If your family becomes attached to one special sitter, you can always request them back.
My name is Deborah, and I am the owner of Kiddos Keepers. I am a stay at home mom, with an active baby girl and a large pot of coffee. My main passion has always been children and education. I worked for several years in preschool centers in Indianapolis and Carmel. I was also a nanny for seven years, during which I worked with two great families. Now that I am a Mom too, I have realized the need for a company whose sole focus is the safety of children. Behind the name Kiddos Keepers is more than a large network of sitters. I want to make this industry better. Making sure my clients are 100% happy and can have peace of mind when they leave their children in the hands of a sitter is my purpose for Kiddos Keepers. Being a Mom myself, I understand the importance of having not only a responsible sitter, but one who loves children and is excited to play with them while you are away. When you are the host of a special event such as a wedding or conference, you want your invitees to have a great time without fretting about entertaining children. Our experienced sitters will provide children at your event with engaging activities to keep them accommodated while your party guest enjoy their time. We are a full service Nanny Agency.
We cover sitters for date nights to full time nannies. We also provide childcare for hotel stays and large events. We will do our very best to accommodate any situation you may have. If you do not see a service that fits your needs, call for a custom fit!
A booking fee is a amount charged when a sitter is booked. This fee is non refundable. This fee is charged every time you schedule unless you have chosen a return visitor package. If you need to change your date once scheduled, you must cancel and reschedule.
A placement fee is what you will be charged when you have Kiddos Keepers place a nanny with your family to provide you with excellent childcare. This does come with a nanny guarantee.
You can pay your sitter with cash or check at the end of her assignment.
There is a $25 cancellation fee if you call to cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time with Kiddos Keepers. If you call to cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled time with Kiddos Keepers, the full 4 hour minimum price will be charged and paid to your sitter for her time.
